With everything happening in the world, at times, it can feel chaotic. confusing. overwhelming.
Yet, we may (still) feel like we need to do more. keep up. Often, we may even feel guilty for Resting. For 'Chill-in'...
During these unprecedented times, having big plans and goals, can feel.
like a lot.
Where do we start?
How will we do it?
Lately, I've been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, scattered.
Why? 'cause my mind was going in 1000 places, and my fear was sayin': "get yo shit together. what you doing!?"
I felt I needed to 'figure' it all out asap. To thrive.
But then I was like, hold up.
I want to feel good - Hop on the path of least resistance...
What if 'chill-in' can get me there?
